Steinberg: A Website Wired Straight Into Their CRM
A real estate agency needed a site where listings, valuations, and contact requests flow straight into their CRM instead of a separate inbox someone re-enters by hand. We built a custom Next.js site with an authenticated, direct sync to their OnOffice CRM: listings stay current automatically, and every form submission lands in the CRM the moment it is sent.
What We Built
A custom Next.js site for this real estate agency where listings, valuation requests, and contact forms write directly into their OnOffice CRM instead of landing in a separate inbox someone has to copy over by hand. Property data syncs automatically from OnOffice, editorial content runs through a Sanity CMS, and every lead-capture form on the site, from a full valuation request to a simple newsletter signup, authenticates straight into the CRM the moment it is submitted.
Built to Last
The site is hosted on Vercel’s Frankfurt region specifically to keep latency low against the OnOffice API, with webhook-based revalidation keeping listings and content current without a manual publish step. It is built to run the agency’s day-to-day lead flow, not just to look good on launch day.
